Tech-Touch is seeking an Implementation Service Engineer (ISE) to support customer adoption of their AI-powered Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). You will provide technical support for smooth service implementation and contribute to product improvement based on customer feedback.
Must-haves
- Basic knowledge of web services, networks, and security.
- Basic understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Basic operational and configuration knowledge of OS (Linux/Windows Server).
- Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or technical support/implementation consulting for SaaS/software/web systems.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve issues.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to gather information in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with Active Directory, Intune, or Asset Management Tools.
- Experience proposing and implementing extensions for companies.
- Experience in formulating information security and governance policies.
- Experience developing tools using RPA or GAS.

Work style
Hybrid remote work (estimated office attendance: 40%/month) in Tokyo, Japan. Full-time office attendance is possible upon request.
Other notes
Annual salary: 5.5 million JPY - 9.5 million JPY. Includes a fixed overtime allowance of 45 hours per month. Performance-based bonuses twice a year.
