Kaminashi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and improve their "Kaminashi Employee" and "Kaminashi Education" products. You will be part of a self-organizing team responsible for the full cycle of product development, from exploration to operation, working closely with product managers and designers.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Go
- OR 3+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience in continuous feature addition, improvement, and operation of existing products
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve problems
- Experience driving requirements definition, implementation, and verification through dialogue with customers and internal sales/CS/planning members
- Experience in product development based on hypothesis testing, prioritizing trying and running things with a beta-like flexibility
- Ability to understand short-to-medium term product goals and lead development autonomously
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with a wide range of technologies including cloud and infrastructure (e.g., system design/operation using AWS/GCP, frontend to infrastructure experience)
- Understanding and collaboration experience in peripheral areas such as UI/UX for comfortable use by non-IT users
- Experience in systematizing/scaling products and organizations (e.g., optimizing business/development processes, improving system scalability, involvement in recruitment)
- External information dissemination and contribution to technical communities (e.g., writing technical blogs, presenting at conferences, OSS activities)

Work style
Full flex-time system (standard 8 hours/day). Flexible hours: 5:00 - 22:00. Core time: 10:00 - 15:00. Overtime may be required. Location: Tokyo (Chiyoda-ku, Kanda Kajicho). Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Salary: 7.5 million - 15 million JPY (stock options available). Employment type: Full-time. Probationary period: 3 months.
