株式会社FUNDiT is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to drive business value through AI implementation in their acquired IT group companies. This role involves hands-on engagement from requirements definition to PoC, implementation, and operation, leveraging AI tools from a business owner's perspective.
Must-haves
- Practical experience using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLMs, agent tools) in a business context.
- Experience completing the full cycle from requirements definition to production operation at client sites.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Awareness of business metrics and KPIs.
Nice-to-haves
- Production-quality implementation experience in Python or TypeScript.
- Cloud system construction and operation experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience utilizing LLM APIs, RAG, or implementing AI agents.
- Experience in PMI/M&A post-merger business promotion.
- Data pipeline construction experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt).
- OSS contributions and technical communication achievements.

Salary: ¥10,000,000 - ¥18,000,000 annually (Full-time Employee). Stock options available. Contract Employee option also available.
