We already operate real estate transaction businesses in seven countries, including the United States and China. In 2024, we welcomed Goto, former Head of Development at Google, as our CTO.

# Job Responsibilities
We would like you to work with us on the following tasks:
- Project leadership, including planning and implementation of development, operation, and maintenance based on business plans
- Improvement of company-wide codebase and development processes
- Contribution to core feature implementation, from supporting organizational technical decision-making
- Development management for large-scale projects (spanning 1 to several years)
- Technical mentorship and development of senior engineers

Salary
Annual Salary: ¥12,000,000 - ¥40,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥1,000,000 - ¥3,334,000 (Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours: ¥219,500 - ¥731,900)

▍ Remote Work
The tech department operates under a hybrid work system, combining office and remote work.
*Attendance at the office is generally required 3 days a week, but the frequency can be discussed based on individual circumstances.

Monday - Friday: Full flextime system (between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with no core hours)
Total monthly working hours will be the standard 8 hours per day multiplied by the number of working days in the month.

Breaks: 45 minutes for shifts exceeding 6 hours of work per day, 60 minutes for shifts exceeding 8 hours.
Holidays: Complete two-day weekend system (Employees in most departments have weekends and national holidays off).
