GenerativeX is seeking a Software Engineer to implement generative AI agents for proprietary products and client solutions. You will build robust enterprise-ready systems, integrating AI functionalities, APIs, and ensuring operational quality.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in web application design and development using TypeScript, Python, or Rust
- Experience implementing non-functional requirements (authorization, auditing, performance, security)
- Practical experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Experience in the full development lifecycle (requirements to release) in team settings
- Experience creating and reviewing design/technical documentation
- Must work onsite in Tokyo
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing applications using LLM/Generative AI
- Experience developing enterprise production systems and on-premise connectivity
- Experience designing and implementing multi-tenant SaaS
- Experience with Kubernetes/CI/CD, IaC (Terraform)
- Ability to communicate technical information in English

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Marunouchi Building 27F, 2-4-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). Discretionary labor system with basic hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Suits required.

Salary: 6.5 million to 12 million JPY (based on experience and skills).
