This role focuses on designing and implementing AI Agent solutions for clients, leveraging LLMs and RAG. You will work with clients to understand their business processes, re-engineer them for AI agents, and build/operate solutions on the GV Agent Platform. The position involves end-to-end project management from problem definition to operationalization and continuous improvement.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in either agent development (web applications, AI agents, API/DB/backend) OR data analysis (ML/data infrastructure, model development/implementation/pipelines)
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience in technical negotiation with clients and non-engineers
- Ability to drive projects autonomously in uncertain environments
Nice-to-haves
- AI Agent design/implementation (multi-agent, orchestration)
- Experience with Generative AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Claude)
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, public sector)
- Experience with predictive/optimization models
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, SQL
