InsightX is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to help scale their AI platform for CX transformation. You will contribute to backend API design, data pipelines, and improving development throughput with AI, focusing on scalability and reliability for SaaS integrated into major e-commerce platforms.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of backend development experience (Go or TypeScript recommended)
- Experience designing and implementing multi-tenant SaaS or large-scale web services
- Experience in database design and API interface design
- Experience with production operation (incident response, monitoring, idempotency design)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating production systems using GCP
- Experience implementing integrations with e-commerce platforms
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior SWE in design reviews and technical decision-making
- Experience implementing data pipelines using dbt / BigQuery
- Experience developing in a startup or small team environment
