The Systems Group is responsible for defining and verifying the overall functions and performance of rockets to ensure successful launch missions. As a Rocket Systems Engineer, you will be involved in the overall technical design, including analysis tasks and creating system specifications for rockets.
Must-haves
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
- 3+ years of practical experience in simulations or numerical optimization using Python, C/C++, MATLAB, etc.
- Experience leading design reviews that integrate multiple fields.
- Experience in design, testing, and integration of complex hardware systems (spacecraft, aircraft, transportation equipment).
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese (Business level or higher).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Systems Engineering or Project Management.
- Experience in collaborative software development using Git.
- Practical experience or knowledge in Reliability Engineering (FMEA/FTA, etc.).
- Knowledge of integrated design across multiple fields.
