This role involves ensuring the smooth production and assembly of engine components and optimizing manufacturing processes for future mass production, reusability, and high reliability.

Must-haves

3+ years of experience in production technology or product development (mechanical, aerospace, energy, or fluid dynamics)
Experience in jig design, process design, and quality control for metal processing, welding, and fluid piping
Ability to read 2D drawings and create manufacturing drawings (CAD experience)
Japanese language proficiency (business level or higher)

Nice-to-haves

Knowledge or development experience in rocket and aerospace fields
Experience managing a team of approximately 10 people

Work style

Partial remote work possible. Location: Taiki Headquarters, Hokkaido. Flextime system (no core hours).
