Seeking self-directed Full Stack Engineers to join an AI-Native development team building a new employee welfare payment service. You will utilize modern tech stacks and AI tools to rapidly implement features and accelerate development.
Must-haves
- Practical experience in web application or smartphone app development
- Development experience using statically typed languages (TypeScript, Rust, Dart, Go, Java, C#, etc.)
- Experience implementing front-end screens with API integration or back-end web APIs
- Experience with collaborative development using GitHub Pull Requests
- Willingness to actively use AI Coding Agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Self-direction to research and complete feature-level implementations independently
- Ability to verify AI output for security, operational status, type safety, exception handling, and readability
Nice-to-haves
- Front-end development experience with TypeScript / React
- Smartphone app development experience with Flutter
- Back-end development experience with Rust / Axum
- Basic knowledge of AWS / Terraform infrastructure
- Basic understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL, and migrations
- Experience with asynchronous processing, job queues, event processing, retries, and idempotency
- Development and operation experience with BtoB systems or SaaS products

Work style
Flextime system (basic business hours 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 8 contracted working hours. Remote work from home is possible. Location: Gotanda Office, Tokyo.

Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY (includes 30 hours fixed overtime). Employment Type: Full-time employee (6-month contract employee period). Probationary Period: 6 months.
