Must-haves

- Ability to articulate technical proposals and explain risks and countermeasures to non-engineers
- Proven track record in performance improvement (Core Web Vitals measures, DB optimization)
- Sense of responsibility for consistent maintenance and operation
- Practical experience in responding to WordPress security incidents (defacement recovery, removal, log analysis, etc.)
- Proficient in setting up and migrating hosting servers such as Xserver
Nice-to-haves
- Proven track record in improving website loading speed (Core Web Vitals measures)
