Must-haves
- 5+ years of commercial app development experience in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)

- Experience leading recruitment, performance evaluation, or organizational design as an EM or Tech Lead
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience on both iOS and Android platforms
- Interest and practical experience with SwiftUI / Jetpack Compose
- Experience collaborating with CTO/VPoE layers on technical direction

Work style
Hybrid: Primarily 5 days a week in-office. "Family Remote" available under certain conditions (childcare/nursing care). Up to 2 "Focus Remote Days" per month permitted. Flextime system with core hours 10:00-16:00. Location: Tokyo.

Estimated Annual Salary: 10,000,000 JPY ~ Negotiable (Includes semi-annual bonuses). Trial period: 3 months.
