As a development phase execution lead, you will be responsible for tasks including implementation task breakdown, code reviews, progress management, and main development for frontend or backend. You will also handle test design, quality assurance, and coordination with external parties.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of web application development experience (primary focus on frontend or backend)
- 3+ years of practical development experience with Go or React/Next.js
- RESTful API design and implementation experience
- Service operation experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Nice-to-haves
- Team development leadership/development flow improvement experience
- Practical experience with branch management/code reviews using Git/GitHub
- Collaboration experience with Product Managers (ability to adjust specifications with non-engineers)
- Continuous development process improvement (e.g., introducing tests, promoting review culture)
- Ability to build trust with Tech Leads, EMs, and PMs and proceed with development autonomously
- Development mindset that considers QCD balance and contributes to product value
