We are seeking new graduate engineers to join our mission of updating the unexplored welfare domain with technology. We aim to create a society without barriers by combining our industry-leading support services with vast user data to drive DX in the welfare sector. You will contribute to building a global platform for schools and welfare facilities, transforming how people with disabilities find optimal choices.
Hybrid work is available, with team-dependent in-office presence required weekly. Location: Nakameguro GT Tower, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (1-minute walk from Nakameguro Station). Discretionary labor system (or flexible hours if preferred).
Annual salary: ¥4,500,800 and up. Includes base salary, lifestyle allowance, and fixed overtime pay for 20 hours. Bonuses twice a year. Salary increases every six months based on performance. 3-month trial period.
