Our company is a pet medical insurance business aiming to make insurance and medical services the norm. We are strengthening our QA team to improve system quality and development speed. The QA Engineer will lead quality assurance from early stages, working closely with the development team on test planning, design, and automation.
Must-haves
- 2-3+ years of practical experience in QA or software testing for web applications or mobile apps
- Experience formulating test plans and designing test cases
- Communication skills to collaborate with development teams
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum)
- Must work onsite for 1-month training period, then transition to remote work
Nice-to-haves
- Experience operating test automation tools (Autify, MagicPod, Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
- Experience building test automation pipelines in CI/CD environments
- Experience establishing a QA team or leading QA projects
- JSTQB certification
- Deep understanding of web systems
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in the veterinary field
Work style
Full flex time system with no core hours. Remote work possible after initial onsite training. Location: Tokyo (Asakusabashi).
Other notes
Salary: 4,000,000 JPY - 6,000,000 JPY. Includes a deemed overtime allowance of 40 hours.
