NiX RiSE, a group company of NiX Japan, is launching new DX and SES businesses leveraging 40 years of construction consulting experience. This role involves developing and refurbishing enterprise systems, including an insurance contract management system and a public sports betting site, with a focus on modern Java technology and DX standards.
Must-haves
- Java Web application framework development experience (Struts2, JSF, Spring, Seasar2, Play Framework)
- Java Web database framework experience (JPA, Hibernate, MyBatis)
- SQL programming for RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Frontend implementation experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries)
- Upstream design experience (Project ②)
- Test specification document creation experience (Project ②)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)

Work style
Full flexible working hours system. Work locations include Tokyo Headquarters and Toyama Headquarters. Remote work, hybrid work, and UIターン are welcome. Casual dress code depending on client location.
Other notes
Salary range: 3.5 million to 6 million JPY annually. Includes fixed overtime pay (20 hours/month). Probationary period of 6 months with no change in salary or benefits.
