Rakuten is seeking new graduate WEB engineers to join their engineering organization. You will be involved in the development of BtoB services like "Super Delivery" and "Paid", from planning to operation, with opportunities to propose new features and improvements.
Hybrid work: Primarily in-office for the first 6 months, then 3 days in-office and remote work possible. Core hours are 10:00-15:00. All selection processes are conducted remotely.
Salary: Estimated annual salary of 4,725,000 JPY (paid monthly with bonuses). Includes 30 hours of overtime allowance per month. Salary increases twice a year. Bonuses twice a year.
