We are seeking an AI Full-Cycle Engineer (FDE) to join our consulting firm. You will work directly with clients, handling everything from requirements gathering and design to development, deployment, and ongoing operations. This role involves a high degree of autonomy and end-to-end responsibility for AI-driven solutions.
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in web application or business system development (any language)
Experience from design to operation, including full cycle completion of small projects
Ability to write code for both front-end and back-end
Experience building and operating systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Experience with RDBMS and SQL for data extraction/processing
Experience with version control (Git) and development workflows including CI/CD
Experience directly communicating with clients to translate needs into requirements
Experience using generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, etc.) in work or personal projects, or a strong willingness to learn
Nice-to-haves
Experience from product planning to operation and improvement at a business or SaaS company
Onsite in Tokyo (near Shinbashi, Toranomon, Hibiya stations). Full-time employee.
Other notes
Salary range: 9,000,000 - 19,240,000 JPY per year. Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours. Performance-based bonuses twice a year. Trial period of 6 months.
