We are a consulting firm focused on marketing DX and CX. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop marketing foundations and web services using cutting-edge cloud, data infrastructure, and CRM/MA tools, covering front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud environments.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of development experience in either front-end or back-end
- Basic knowledge of web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, etc.)
- Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Willingness to learn multiple languages and frameworks
Nice-to-haves
- Front-end development experience using React, Vue.js, Next.js
- Back-end development experience using Node.js, Java, Python
- Development experience integrating with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- System integration experience with Salesforce, KARTE, Braze
- Experience in infrastructure construction, security design, and operation automation
- Project promotion experience as a Tech Lead or Architect

Tokyo Headquarters (4-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, 2-minute walk from Uchisaiwai-cho Station, 8-minute walk from Hibiya Station). Remote work is generally available for other regions.
Other notes
Salary: ¥7,100,000 - ¥12,390,000 (annual). Includes fixed overtime pay (30 hours). Flextime system with core hours 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00. Probationary period: 6 months.
