Seeking a Security Team Lead to design mid-to-long term security strategies and drive organizational transformation. You will oversee security enhancements from guideline compliance and CSIRT operations to product implementation, supporting the company's business continuity and reliability.
Hybrid: Possible up to 2 days remote per week. Location: Tokyo (Tamachi Station area). Monthly flextime system (no core hours).
Salary: 7,000,000 - 14,000,000 JPY (may vary based on experience). Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours/month. Salary increase twice a year. Bonus: None.
