Work style

Full remote work is possible. Must reside in Japan. Commuting to the office in Tokyo is optional for those within the greater Tokyo area (can choose between remote/office freely). Those outside greater Tokyo can visit the office once a month for non-work related reasons. Flexible working hours with core time 10:00-14:00.

Salary: Monthly 667,000 JPY - 1,250,000 JPY. Estimated annual salary: 8,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY. Salary increases twice a year. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours per month.
