Monthly Salary: ¥625,000 - ¥917,000 (Estimated Annual Salary: ¥7,500,000 - ¥11,004,000). Salary increases twice a year. Probationary period of 3 months with no change in conditions. Includes Growth Acceleration Fund for self-improvement.
