Smaten is seeking a Tech Lead to drive product development for their building facility management cloud "Smaten BASE" and inspection app "Smaten UP". You will be involved in all aspects of product development, from implementation to release, and contribute to specification planning and project progress.
Must-haves
- Empathy with Smaten's mission, vision, and values.
- Ability to design and develop services independently.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers.
- 3+ years of experience in team development of web services or mobile applications, or equivalent.
- Experience in development and operation using cloud services like AWS.
Nice-to-haves

- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in product discovery with Product Managers and Designers.
- Ability to accurately grasp customer needs and challenges.
