Must-haves
- 3+ years of people management experience in a development organization (1on1s, goal setting, coaching)
- Experience leading implementation planning and delivery for multiple projects
- Proven ability to detect and resolve risks (delays, technical debt, interpersonal issues) by involving stakeholders
- Experience collaborating autonomously with business stakeholders to drive development
- Practical web service development experience sufficient for technical decision-making and design reviews
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading development/PoC in AI/LLM domains (Generative AI, RAG, Agents, MLOps)
- Management experience in uncertain areas like new business or PoC phases
- Experience establishing development organizations/teams and managing contract-heavy teams
- Experience in scaling tech organizations and designing hiring/evaluation systems
