UPSIDER is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer Tech Lead Candidate to lead the development of their AI x Fintech corporate card and payment services. You will be responsible for technical decision-making, improving team quality, and mentoring engineers, while also contributing to core feature development and system architecture.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical experience in Go or JVM-based languages
- Experience leading the design and migration of microservice architectures
- Experience as a technical lead or people manager in a development team of 5 or more people
- Experience designing and operating systems requiring large-scale traffic or high reliability
Nice-to-haves
- Design and implementation skills considering scalability, robustness, testability
- Experience operating web services or applications
- Development experience in financial or accounting system domains
- Experience dealing with complex and challenging system requirements, such as payment systems
