UMU is seeking a Senior Technical Solution Engineer to lead technical sales and solution design for enterprise clients in Japan. This role involves deep technical discussions with Japanese enterprise clients and their IT departments, as well as collaborating with the global R&D team to improve the product.
Hybrid work with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Work locations are Osaka (preferred) and Tokyo. Annual holidays: 120 days (weekends, national holidays, GW, summer, year-end/new year, congratulatory/condolence leave, paid leave).
Salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY per year (negotiable based on skills and experience). Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime per month. Probationary period: 4 months.
