We are seeking an engineer to rebuild our sustainable operations foundation by dismantling and visualizing legacy systems. You will be a core member driving improvements through internal tool development, procedure documentation, and automation using AI like Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in web application development and operations/maintenance
- Development experience with backend languages (Go or Ruby)
- Basic knowledge and operational experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, etc.)
- Ability to investigate and analyze code and infrastructure configurations without specifications or existing documentation
- Strong motivation to automate and systematize manual or inefficient processes
Nice-to-haves
- Experience creating scripts or developing internal web tools for operational efficiency
- Experience in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing recurrence prevention measures
- Experience supporting investigations and responses to high-difficulty inquiries
- Experience in developing and standardizing operational procedure manuals (SOPs) and configuration diagrams
