Crossbit is seeking a Tech Lead to guide technical aspects of product integration with SmartHR Group or lead the development of their core Rakushifu shift management service. You will technically lead a team of 3-5 engineers, making architectural and technology selection decisions.
Must-haves
- Experience demonstrating leadership within a team (technical decision-making, process improvements).
- Web application development experience with modern languages (Ruby on Rails experience is a plus).
- Cloud environment development experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Database design and SQL experience.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- Frontend development experience (Vue.js / TypeScript preferred).
- 0 to 1 phase product development experience.
- Experience in development projects spanning multiple teams/organizations.
- Experience designing external API integrations and system integrations.
- Agile development process experience (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience advancing products through iterative hypothesis testing.
