We are seeking engineers to design and lead the company-wide CreativeOps platform from 0 to 1, automating creative production using Generative AI and Design Systems. This role is part of a new, company-wide AI engineering team focused on transforming our services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Must-haves
- Experience automating creative production/workflows using Generative AI (LLM, image/video/text models) and APIs/scripts.
- Experience controlling Generative AI output quality (brand compliance, reproducibility) through constraints and evaluation.
- Experience designing and operating structured design systems and UI components.
- Ability to understand business needs and propose optimal solutions and workflows.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building custom pipelines and operating models for image/video generation AI (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, FLUX, Veo).
- Experience implementing MCP servers or developing/using agent-based tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
- Experience developing tools/plugins using Figma API or advanced design systems with Figma (Variables, Auto Layout).
- Experience with automated evaluation (LLM-as-Judge) using LLM/VLM and building feedback loops with data platforms (GA4, Databricks) and ad APIs.
- Experience developing web/LP generation and delivery platforms (Headless CMS, Next.js, AEM Edge Delivery Services).
- Experience defining brand guidelines based on design principles and designing evaluation rubrics for human review.

Work style
Hybrid work with 1 day/week expected in the Tokyo office (Akihabara UDX). Flex time with core hours 10:00-15:00.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 8,500,000 - 11,640,000 JPY. Bonus paid 3 times a year.
