Seeking Project Leaders to drive the construction and utilization of a company-wide data platform, leveraging both engineering and management skills. This role is crucial for accelerating DX projects using AI and data, contributing to the mission of energizing small and medium-sized businesses in Japan.
Must-haves
- Ability to design ER diagrams, table structures, and data aggregation processes.
- Experience in design reviews and technology selection in team development.
- Proven experience in identifying and solving technical challenges.
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating cloud/data infrastructure.
- Project management experience (requirements gathering, task management, team coordination).
- Experience in planning and promoting business reforms or system implementations using data.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud services, especially data-related ones.
- Knowledge/experience with distributed processing (e.g., Spark) and DWH design.
- Knowledge/experience with data science, AI, BI, and dashboards.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and data processing/API development (e.g., Python).

Annual salary range: 6,000,000 JPY - 11,640,000 JPY. Bonus paid 3 times a year.
